Want some support with nutrition but don't need constant coaching? This could work for you.
Following a review of current eating habits and challenges, you will get 2 x 30 minute consultations. In the first session, we will focus on problem areas, questions, and goal/habit setting. At the second session, we will review progress since the last session and set longer-term nutrition goals. You will go away from each session with a personalised plan for you and all the resources you need for success which may include a meal plan if relevant. Follow-up sessions are £30 each.
