This hour can be used however you like. Want me to look over a meal plan and give you some tips? Have a question about training you can't seem to find the answer to? Want a 121 Zoom Personal Training session or a session on correcting your form? I can help with most things, drop me a message to see if I can help with your request. 


Please not the price is by the hour of my time including any pre or post work required. On average an hour payment will equate to around 30-40 minutes of consultation time depending on the nature of the query and prep time required.
