Seeing people achieve their dreams and goals has always been a passion of mine, which actually started in my career in banking.
After being promoted to a coach by the age of 19, and going on to manage a high street branch at just age 21, I realised coaching, teaching, leading and keeping people to account was what I excelled at.
Fast forward to now and I have over 10 years experience in invoking behaviour change, educating and mentoring to help people achieve their goals. Couple that with my unparalleled expertise in fitness and nutrition and the result is over 3 years of helping clients genuinely change their lives, forever.
Like most of us, in my early 20's I tried every diet under the sun: meal replacements, keto, juice cleanses, slimming clubs. You name it - I tried it.
Following the frustration and lack of results, I decided I wanted to understand the fundamentals of fat loss, exercise and nutrition.
For the last 8 years I have become obsessed with understanding why things happen and how things work in the body. I started with a nutrition course and haven't stopped learning since.
I am passionate about understanding and digesting the latest in sport and nutrition science and relaying this to my clients in a way they can truly understand and implement. I spend over 5 hours a week upskilling myself on the latest studies and articles in the industry; aligning to one of my key values of continuous self development.
I believe in a truly holistic approach to health and fitness, appreciating there is more to life than meticulously counting calories or turning down social events to hit the gym.
My methods are based on behavioural science as well as nutrition and human biology; delivered in a compassionate, empathetic and supportive way.
I utilise the best bits from the corporate world, the fitness industry and the principles of psychology, giving an advantage over other coaches. I never address the symptom, but always the root cause which results in happy, engaged clients and ultimately sustainable, long term results!
